How We Work
Fundamental to the service provided by AR is that we behave as if we are employees of your practice and are working in your office - we are an extension of your own team.
To begin with you are allocated your own 0845 (local call rate) number. You can either directly use this number on your marketing materials or simply divert your existing number to the new local call rate number.
When we take a call on your line our system immediately informs us that it is your practice, we then answer the call on your behalf, using an agreed welcome greeting. Using the information that you have provided, i.e. your profile and practice details, combined with our specialised knowledge, we will service the call as if we are sitting in your practice.
You can use AR whenever you need: all the time, when your phone is engaged or unanswered - it's up to you.
If you choose to use our appointment making service we will access your diary and make the appropriate booking.
With our combined experience, of over 70 years, we can spot on a daily basis missed business opportunities. We understand that the first call attempt made by a prospective client is highly valuable. A patient can take months and sometimes years to take action and book a consultation. AR will give you the best backup available which in turn will give you the confidence that your calls are being taken with great understanding, expert knowledge and immense patience.
